Tapping to Release Personal Insecurities

Bring one personal insecurity to mind.  This can be something about the way you look, or an insecurity you have about your intelligence, or anything else you are insecure about.  Rate how insecure you feel about this on a scale of 0-10.  0 being not insecure at all and 10 being highly insecure.  Follow along with me as we do a few rounds of tapping.  We will first start with the negative statements to acknowledge how you’re feeling and then move onto the positive statements to lock in more compassion for ourselves.  You can use this script as many times as you like, going through each of your insecurities until they have a reduced emotional charge.
