About Ada

Hi, I’m Ada.  I’m a certified life coach and EFT practitioner, passionate about bringing Eastern wisdom and Western science together.  For most of my life I lived with chronic stress and a very dysregulated nervous system.  Little did I know this was the reason I struggled to chase my dreams, achieve my goals, and generally feel “ok” with life.

A few years ago, I got tired of feeling this way so I decided to quit everything and make peace my only priority.  That’s when I began embarking on my own Inner Peace Project.

I was able to heal my nervous system, renovate my outdated beliefs and programs, and cultivate an unshakable connection with my Higher Self and Source.  Now I’ve brought together all the tools and practices that have helped me create lasting inner peace inside this easy-access audio library so you can heal too.
