Hello Beautiful Souls, my name is Ada Neumann
I’m a certified life coach, EFT practitioner, and writer. As with most life stories, my journey has been anything but linear and far from conventional. I grew up riding horses and traveling the country competing. By the time I was 17 I started my own business buying and selling horses and importing them from Europe. Around that time, I had discovered the world of manifestation and became completely obsessed with it, calling many blessings into my life. This was part of my first spiritual awakening and it eventually led me to becoming a certified life coach, putting horses aside while I made personal development and spirituality the center of my life.
A few awakenings and a lot of learning later, I found myself flip-flopping between my role as a horse trainer and my role as a life coach. I never felt totally content with one or the other, always striving to make more money, create more opportunities, and hoping to reach the next level of “success”. I was left feeling unfulfilled and lost, searching for that one thing that would make me feel satisfied with myself and my life. After a few years of exhausted chasing, trying to manifest “the right thing”, I hit a breaking point. In the midst of hitting my breaking point, a new door began to crack open. This door was the door to peace and surrender, two things I’d only ever dabbled with. More abruptly than I was ready for, this door blew wide open and I stepped through, quitting everything and making peace my only priority. That’s where this story truly begins.
Over the past few years, peace has been my only priority. All the overwhelming social pressures to do more, be more, and attain more have faded into the background. I’ve learned to surrender and allow life to unfold while being a peaceful witness. I’ve reconstructed the ways in which I live, think, and act, centering them around being at peace with all that is. Through making peace my only priority I’ve discovered all the happiness, love, joy, and success I always dreamed of having.

But the way of peace hasn’t always been an easy journey. There have been many trials and tribulations and learning curves along the way. In my podcast and writings, I share some of these stories with the intention of helping others feel less alone. Because at the end of the day we’re all just perfectly imperfect beings navigating the many twists and turns of life. And in my online course I’ve gathered all of the tools I’ve learned and developed throughout my own Inner Peace Project and made them accessible for anyone looking to cultivate more peace in their lives. Creating a peace-filled life is a process, but it’s the best commitment I’ve ever made.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Philos Habit and myself. Wishing you so much peace and Love.
Behind the Name Philos Habit
The name Philos Habit is inspired by the three types of Greek love in the Bible; Eros, Phillia, and Agape. Philos is a variation of Phillia, which means “self-love” or “neighborly love”. Philos Habit stands for making self-love a habit, starting by making peace a priority.
