Do you feel stressed out about setting goals?

I think most of us associate setting goals with working hard, and “making things happen”, and having a step by step plan to make those things happen.  But, really, setting goals can be a powerful way to manifest your desires.

Setting Goals = Setting Intentions

Every time we set goals, we’re actually setting intentions for ourselves.  The key is to not get so hung up on achieving these goals, but rather putting our energy on attaining these intentions.  You can use the Law of Attraction with your goal setting.  You can do this by trusting the Universe will bring the perfect experience, whether that’s achieving your goal, or just helping you grow and pivot in another direction.  There is no such thing as failure when it comes to setting goals.  You are either going to grow as a person if your goal doesn’t work out, or you’ll get exactly what you want.  There is no losing side to this equation.

There is something so magical about setting goals, aka, setting intentions.  You are laying it out for the Universe, saying, this is what I want.  It’s getting clear about the kind of life you desire.  All you have to do is set the goal, trust, and allow it to unfold the way it’s meant to.

In this tapping, you’ll cultivate the trust needed to help you manifest your goals in a way that delights your mind, body, and spirit.

Before we start, think of one goal you’d like to attain, and write it down.  Bring this goal to mind during the tapping.

KC: Even though I’m not sure how I’ll make this goal happen, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

KC: Even though I’m a little stressed by thinking of achieving this goal, I honor how I’m feeling, and give my body permission to relax.

KC: Even though I feel like I need a step-by-step plan to achieve this goal, and I don’t have one, I deeply and completely love, and accept, and forgive myself.

EB: This goal

SE: I don’t know how I’m going to make it happen

UE: I don’t know where to start

UN: It seems like a really big project

CP: And I don’t know how I’m going to do it

CB: It would be nice to achieve this, but I don’t think it’ll happen

UA: I have no plan.

TH: How could I possibly achieve this goal?

EB: It stresses me out

SE: Just thinking about everything it’s going to take to achieve it

UE: I don’t have time to deal with this goal

UN: When I start thinking of how it’s going to happen

CP: I lose interest in it

CB: Because I feel overwhelmed about how I’m going to do it.

UA: I don’t have it all figured out

TH: And that stresses me out

EB: I acknowledge this stress

SE: And I choose to let it go now

UE: To make room for a better solution

UN: Allowing my body to relax now

CP: Letting this stress and overwhelm go

CB: Feeling more and more relaxed

UA: Feeling calmer and clearer about what I’m going to do

TH: Maybe I don’t have to do anything

EB: Maybe the Universe already has the perfect plan

SE: Maybe the Universe has all the steps laid out for me

UE: Maybe those steps will get revealed to me when they’re supposed to

UN: All I have to do is trust that the Universe knows what I want

CP: I wrote it down

CB: It’s something I’d love to achieve

UA: Maybe that’s all I need to do.

TH: The Universe will show me the way

EB: Trusting in my goals

SE: They will come to fruition

UE: I don’t have to have it all figured out

UN: The entire Universe is arranging itself for me to achieve this

CP: Or something better

CB: If I don’t achieve this, I know that something better will come out of it

UA: What’s meant for me won’t pass me by.

TH: The perfect plan already exists

EB: All I have to do is trust in this Divine plan

SE: And listen to my heart

UE: I don’t have to have this all figured out in order to achieve it

UN: I set my intention

CP: Now I trust the Universe

CB: There’s no way I can fail.

UA: Everything is working in my favor.

TH: My goal is already coming to me.  And so it is. And so it is…
